Results: Video training, as an efficient medium in managing the classroom as well as in reintegrating students engaged in learning situations, was used in this research. Accordingly, self-efficacy has significantly increased along video-training activities in experimental group. This group proved developed abilities of the appropriate teaching strategies selection compared to the control group. This study findings provides a new vision for the progress of classroom management skills by including new technologies that are essentially effective in developing teacher skills.
