Abstract

Companies should know what is going on in the surrounding business environment and in particular in the area of activity in which they operate. As a result, performance measurement and evaluation must include internal and external performance measurement that should not be confined to internal comparisons but also to external comparisons of performance The unit and the performance of its competitors, as well as trying to identify the competitive variables in the field in which the unit operates, and for the purpose of giving the unit comprehensive information on its status as a whole will use financial measures that give results of actions actually occurred in addition to complementary non-financial measures focusing on things such as customer satisfaction and The quality and improvement of internal processes can be achieved through the application of a balanced scorecard with its five benchmarks and containing each of them on a set of measures selected in the light of the data obtained from the field of application. therefore,  the reason for choosing a Balanced Scorecard is because it represents an administrative system intended to help the entity translate its vision and Strategies to a set of interrelated strategic objectives and metrics.
