Managerial skills in organizational commitment in workers of a Latin American and Caribbean company: a literature review of the last 5 years

Abstract

The systematic review work aims to classify systematized updated studies on managerial skills and organizational commitment. For which a preliminary information search of the last 5 years was developed. The databases that were taken into account in the research were: Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex and Dianet, among other institutional repositories, where various articles and journals were obtained. The approach used in the research work was quantitative. For which the results show us various analyses developed in the research papers of different authors, explaining the benefits, impact and factors that generate the lack of knowledge of managerial skills and the identification of organizational commitment. In addition, it allowed to analyze how managerial skills influence the organizational commitment of a company.
