Impact of the iso 9001:2015 model on organizational effectiveness
Abstract
In a competitive global landscape, effective quality management is crucial for organizations to meet customer and societal expectations. This article assesses the impact of the ISO 9001:2015 model on the organizational effectiveness of Peruvian company SICMA in 2020. Using a quantitative, cross-sectional approach with 217 client participants, the study evaluates compliance with ISO 9001 guidelines. Results, analyzed using SPSS.26, indicate significant improvements in technical service (79.62%), works execution (65.93%), safety practices (80.64%), and customer service (85.37%). The findings demonstrate that the ISO 9001:2015 model positively influences organizational effectiveness, optimizing planning, administration, production, and service distribution processes. This leads to enhanced quality and labor productivity at SICMA.
