The Study of the Effect of the Administrative Empowerment in Achieving Organizational Success from Through the Job involvement

Abstract

This study aims at identifying the effect of the dimensions of administrative empowerment (delegation of authority, the working groups, Employees’ motivation, training and effective communication) in achieving the dimensions of organizational success (the efficiency of administrative processes, customer care, management and owning resources), then enhancing Job involvement as a mediator variable through the following dimensions (the enthusiasm, the devotion, assimilation, work environment and job satisfaction) in order to identify the level of variable of this impact. The statement of the problem of the study represented in recognizing the extent to which the study sample is aware of these variables with its significance by diagnosing the relationship between them in order to achieve its work in a changing environment by these variables. The two researchers depended on the descriptive analytical approach; the researchers used a questionnaire as a way to collect data, so a sample made up of (250) persons who work on the central electricity distribution company has verified, the study depended on three measurements, which have improved the researcher herself by depending on the literature review and some previous studies by check the validity and stability of them, in order to achieve the aims of the study, several hypotheses have formed by using many analytical methods and using some of ready analytical programs such as: (SPSS var 23) , (Sobel) (AMOS var 23). The study found out some of conclusions, most notably that there is a direct and indirect effect of administrative empowerment in organizational success through the mediation of enhancing Job involvement on them.
