State of communication security topology of networks

Abstract

This text provides an overview of the study of human communication networks, its origins, its developments, its main tools and its contribution to the field of study of the communication. After having defined in the first part the notion of social network and its articulation field of communication, we recall the history of the development of studies on the networks humans. Next, we present the main analytical tools and detail the different measures used. Finally, we present an overview of the fields of application in communication and we point to some lines of research for the study of human communication networks that have great potential to highlight some fundamental elements for understanding communication phenomena.
