Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of mastery of teachers of art education in the preparatory stage of the skills of effective teaching. The research sample consisted of (32) teachers and a school of technical education. The search tool was a note card Consisting of three main axes that represent the dimensions of effective teaching (effective planning, effective classroom management, assessment) And consisted of (30) teaching practice. And verified the validity of the tool and its stability using appropriate statistical methods were analyzed Results that showed that teachers and teachers of art education practice the skill of formulating educational and behavioral goals well This is a positive indication of the effective planning of the lesson. The results also revealed the lack of mastery of art education teachers to use modern technological techniques in teaching art education and not to get acquainted with the latest developments in the field of art and art education. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the need to acquaint teachers and teachers of art education to modern technology innovators in the field of art and art education, And to embark on broader horizons in teaching based on effective teaching.
