Abstract

By observing the training modules, noticed that there was a obvious weakness in their performance. They showed signs of weakness, loss of concentration and low level of performance of the duties assigned to them in the stadium, especially in the final minutes of the game. In addition, This high-intensity performance can have effects on the production of free radicals. The aim of the research is to identify the effect of anaerobic exercise and curcumin in some oxidative stress indicators and The researchers used the experimental method and design (the control and experimental groups). The researchers identified their research community with a group of Karbala handball players, the category of applicants (15) The researchers found that the anaerobic exercises, as well as the curcumin, have positively affected the development of some variables. And anaerobic exercise with curcumin capsules. The effect of the experimental group on the control group (which carried out the anaerobic exercises) in the development of some oxidative stress variables for performance of handball players.
