Impact of Servant Leadership on Organizational Performance with mediating role of Organizational Innovation and Organizational Learning

Abstract

In this study the researcher objects to examine the impact of servant leadership on organizational performance with mediating role of organizational innovation and organizational learning in the manufacturing industry of Gujranwala district of Pakistan. 270 sample size is used by the investigator in this study, however 231 responses were received for final analysis. SPSS is used for demographic results, instruments reliability and Pearson’s model correlation. Results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling are found through AMOS 21. Results indicate that servant leadership has no correlation with organizational innovation. Organizational innovation also has no significant positive or negative relationship with organizational performance. Moreover, servant leadership has a positive and significant relationship with organizational learning and organizational performance. Organizational learning has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Therefore, organizational innovation shows no mediation among servant leadership and organizational performance. However, organizational learning plays a mediating role among servant leadership and organizational performance. This investigation considers a wide approach to investigate the mediating role of organizational innovation and organizational learning among servant leadership and organizational performance on the back ground of developing economy of Pakistan. It can facilitate to the other scholars for future studies as a ground. This investigation presents a fresh evidences and literature with supported theories of the investigated variables by looking the value in the context of manufacturing sector of Gujranwala district of Pakistan.
