fnf-Learning Mathematics
Abstract
Aim: The goal of this work is to develop a new strategy of blended-learning for mathematics coursesthat can be generalized to other fields. We intend to provide a strategy for blended-learning that canbe applicable for all study and learning levels. Methods and materials: The study assumes the use of the online-learning in the mathematicseducation system shedding the light on its advantages and disadvantages, and analyzing itsapplicability either partially or totally. From mathematical perspectives, theories are developed totest the courses tendency to online transformation. This leads to a new trend of learning called fnf-learning, it merges online-learning mode with the traditional classroom lecturing. The new trenddepends on the learning approaches and study levels and it is applicable for all mathematics courses. The new trend of learning is defined as: any mathematics course can be started with face-to-facelecturing (traditional), then it can be transformed to the online lecturing then after returning back tothe traditional lecturing. Results: Theorems are formulated to study the applicability of the online transformation eitherpartially or completely, as a result, any mathematics course can be completely given online providedthat the study level of the student approaches the highest or the learning approaches is the lowest. For this purpose, a mathematical formula is suggested to measure the size of the time devoted tothe online lecturing of each mathematics course. Conclusion: Any mathematics course admits at least online partial transformation and there aresome courses that can be completely given online.
