Abstract

The objective of this study is the application of image and drawing in education through the landscape, which has allowed students to better understand the natural environment. It stimulates motivation and reflection. In this case, the student has worked with images of different landscapes, deserts, forests, scrublands, wetlands, burned areas and anthropized places. The study methodologically constitutes a practical laboratory work, with the previous application of 10 items before and after teaching to a group of 60 students. As a result we have obtained that the images have been correctly interpreted in the laboratory, concluding on the conservation of habitats, and that the analysis of the image and the use of drawing increase the student's capacity for understanding.
