The role of organizational ambidexterity in enhancing organization effectiveness
Abstract
Identifying relationship between organizational ambidexterity (IV) and organization effectiveness (DV) is the objective of study. Data collection is descriptive survey, and the questionnaire scale is Likert’s five- option series. It focuses on deterioration and the lack of organizational ambidexterity in applied organization. The Sample of the research is comprised of (75) employees. Hypotheses are made to discover relationship between two variables. the SPSS program used for analysing correlation and regression ratio. The results of the statistical analysis confirmed that acceptance of the main hypothesis. which means the employees of the applied organization release the significance of organizational ambidexterity which contributes in enhancing the effectiveness of the it. the most important recommendations is employee must have qualifications, experiences, knowledge and outstanding abilities to work together for best performance by the search for these talents in training and rehabilitation institutions and the graduates of the academic universities.
