Means of Strengthening the Ethics of the Profession and its Relationship in Promoting Organizational Excellence
Abstract
The research is based on an important objective and aims to find out the reality of organizational excellence in hotel organizations, based on applied principles. Therefore, it was necessary to have leaders and managers who possess a personality characterized by knowledge and generation of ideas and strength and how to deal with elements of business ethics. International and Crystal Grand Hotel Ishtar are two of the excellent class hotels in order to identify the reality of the application of the dimensions of research variables (Means to strengthen the ethics of the profession and enhance organizational excellence) has been adopted program (Spss) in the analysis of the research methodology. The results of the analysis were extracted through the distribution of the research questionnaire (50) supervisory manager in all sections of the two hotel organizations. The research also reached a number of recommendations that contribute to raising and enhancing the level of organizational excellence in the organizations researched, the most important of which: The interest of senior administrations in adopting realistic objective dimensions in order to provide the best services and products as well as providing the requirements of participation in the promotion of organizational excellence.
