SOFT LEADERSHIP AND ITS IMPACT ON REDUCING THE ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTITY GAP THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL CAPITAL: APPLIED STUDY IN AL-MUSTAQBAL UNIVERSITY COLLEGE
Abstract
The present study aims to demonstrate the role played by soft leadership in its dimensions (vision, communication, emotional intelligence) in reducing the gap in the organizational identity that has emerged in the organizations by enhancing social capital in its dimensions (trust, Associability, Cooperation and interdependence , Engagement) . The study was applied on the (100) individuals working in the Al-Mustaqbal University College and using a variety of statistical means such as the Smart PLS,SPSS, the study reached to a number of results, the most important of which was the absence of a direct effect of soft leadership in organizational identity, In reducing the organizational identity gap by centralizing social capital.
