Organizational Ambidexterity in Amman Private Schools Principals and its Relation to Management Walk through: An Educational Supervisors and Assistant Principals Perspective

Abstract
Organizational ambidexterity and management walkthrough have always been a key requirement related to the organizations’ success so that managements can develop and enhance their financial and administrative abilities to be completely capable of meeting the future changes in the work affecting the work’s outcomes. This study is a descriptive study aiming to explore the degree of organizational ambidexterity in Amman private school principals and its relation to management walkthrough from the perspective of the educational supervisors and assistant principals. The methodology adopted in this study includes using correlational descriptive approach due to the nature of the study. The materials used in this study include two questionnaires developed to collect data and verify their validity and reliability, alongside a study sample consisting of (362) educational supervisors and assistant principals from Amman private schools. The results show that the degree of organizational ambidexterity for private school principals is medium and that the degree of practicing management walkthrough among private school principals was also medium. The results also indicate that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the degree of organizational ambidexterity for private school principals and the degree of practicing walkthrough management in private schools in Amman city. In light of the aforesaid results, the study concludes the necessity of raising awareness of the significance of organizational ambidexterity and enhancing management walkthrough practices by walking through the school.
