Political Responsibility of the Ministry in the Jordan political Regime

Abstract

This study aimed at shedding light on the political responsibility of the ministry through the applied parliamentary experience in Jordan ,at an attempt to pin-point the political responsibility in front of the parliament supposed on the ministry, because of doing the behavior and daily deeds entrusted , clearing the means of control possessed by the Jordan Council of the Nation in confronting the Executive Authority in addition to specifying the parties that have the right of moving the political responsibility and procedures of moving it , that is for developing this experience and surpassing the handicaps that face in the means of uprising it with what guarantees achieving the public interest.
