Abstract

Our study seeks to test the results of the processing of data on 160 responses acquired in two Tunisian banks. The data analysis methods adopted make it possible to assess the clarity and relevance of the information collected in the clarification of the phenomenon studied, namely the role and the level of participation of the client manager of a public bank (STB) and a private bank (BIAT) in the allocation of bank loans(BL) to Tunisian SMEs. The results of the descriptive analysis of the assembled data will enable us to check the convergent, discriminant validity and the reliability of the variables of the research. The results of the hypothesis test are presented through the Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Each measurement scale will be purified and validated by chi-square, correlation matrix, representation quality coefficients, factorial contributions, and Cronbach's Alpha. Finally, the results obtained will be tested by a structural equation model (SEM).
