Abstract

Aim: The study aimed to identify the role of kindergartens in the development of health concepts in kindergarten children from the point of view of teachers. In order to achieve the objective of the study. Materials and methods: The analytical descriptive approach was used to describe the phenomenon of the study, to analyze its data and to describe the relationships among its components as well as the views expressed about it, the processes involved, and the effects that it causes. Results: There are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic average of the estimates of the individuals of the sample on the field of environmental health and the field of psychological health and the total score according to the variable type of the Kindergarten. This result is due to the fact that private kindergartens are more interested in Environmental and psychological aspects of the child because they are in a competitive position with other kindergartens. The Results of the study showed that the role of kindergartens in the development of health concepts among preschool children was medium, and the physical field has the greatest impact with a high degree. In light of the results of the study. Conclusion: Holding training workshops for kindergarten teachers on public health and safety, Adopting an independent curriculum for kindergarten under the name of health concepts, The obligation of each kindergarten to provide a clinic for medical and preventive health in the kindergarten, Holding specialized scientific conferences on the school environment to reach the so-called kindergarten health.
